1) 1:1 Executive Coaching for Sr. Leaders, VPs and Directors

2) Group Workshops & Enterprise Training for Engineering Departments and Technical Teams

Interactive, data-driven workshops that build foundational leadership competencies across your organization. From mastering difficult conversations to cultivating psychological safety, these sessions translate relational concepts into practical frameworks, providing your teams with actionable toolkits to enhance collaboration and operational alignment.

 

3) The Engineering Management Cohort (Q1 2027 launch) for high-performing Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Chemical Engineers in their first 3 years of management

I’ll be facilitating a small, collaborative, co-learning group designed specifically for engineers who are navigating the critical leap from technical expert to leader. Our monthly meetings will be a space where we learn together, share our experiences and best practices, and master the human side of engineering management. Please reach out to me for more information if you’re interested in joining. (For clarity, this is not intended to be a place to solve technical challenges. Rather, our focus will be on the people-side of engineering leadership.)

Coaching Approach: My approach is aligned with Columbia University’s coaching framework which is grounded in the science of human performance and action research. Each coaching engagement is customized to address the specific needs of each client and will include elements of the following depending upon client priorities:

  • A highly collaborative approach across coachee, engagement sponsors and other key stakeholders

  • Kickoff meeting to discuss the client's situation and understand organizational priorities and expectations

  • Assessments and/or 360 feedback

  • Exploration of personal and professional goals and aspirations

  • Candid evaluation of client’s strengths and development opportunities

  • Explore options to close gaps and develop action plan

  • Check-ins with sponsors on coaching progress and next steps (middle and end of engagement)

  • Emphasis on follow-up action commitments to drive results

  • identify support structure to maintain progress going forward

  • Client feedback (throughout coaching process)

  • Final evaluations
