Hi, I’m Kevin Jonsson.
I am a New York-based executive coach, but my career didn't start in coaching - it started in Civil Engineering. Having navigated the transition from technical expert to strategic business leader myself, I know firsthand the unique friction analytical minds face when stepping into greater organizational responsibility. And while I transitioned into a corporate career early on, my engineering roots very much influence who I am.
Throughout my career, I have held strategic leadership positions in strategic operations across both large global organizations and agile startups. Prior to founding this Jonsson Coaching & Consulting, I helped launch and operate a financial technology venture before serving as VP of Operations at Fiserv. I pair this real-world operational experience with my Executive & Organizational Coaching Certification from Columbia University to bring a rigorous, data-informed approach to my clients.
At the core of my practice is a deep commitment to whole-person coaching.
